Load Day specific data

Hi,

As per business scenario, data file will have Week to Date (WTD) format and need to load data for a specific day. As an example , data file received today should deduct the values received from yesterday's data, so that today's data can be loaded.

Will be very helpful, if you could share the best options to meet this business scenario.
