Parts List components not committed while lot and location filled

Hi all,

In our WO process, the user prints the WO with R31410 to have the parts list and routing created. No automatic commitment is done for the components in the parts list.

The user does the commitment to the lots manually. Normally when they do that the lot gets hard committed, and the COMM field in the F3111 gets value 'H'.

But what we see now that in some cases this COMM value is 'N' while the lot and location is filled in the parts list. Status of the WO is then 40.

Problem is that this 'commitment' is not visible in the Item Availability.
