On Hand QTY + Items On Order= Total Quantity

We have below business requirement on inventory item   quantity

On Hand Quantity shows the correct quantity.  But  our  sales user  want to know how quantity is in process of getting from supplier for a give item. ( Purchase order approved and waiting to receive)

Example :  On Hand Qty =10  , items under process from supplier =5

So in screen - user need  --->  10 + 5 =5

Is there any standard screen/functionality available in inventory.
