De-attach existing Operating unit from Business group

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

We have attached operating unit to seeded business group 'Setup Business Group', however, now we have requirement to attach it to new business group which will be created one for each country.

We have still not marked operating unit setups as completed neither we have open first Period.

Can you please let us know any workaround to achieve above, if not can data fix.will help us to resolve this issue.
