Alert on Unifier

Hello Everyone,

I would like to create two alerts on my Unifier Project :

  - I have two amount on a record (one come from a summary elements). When sum of both equal to 0, I want to automatically generate an alert / e-mail to the Project Manager to advice him to do a specific action on the record.

  - I also need to automatically generate an alert / e-mail to the Project Manager to advice him to do a specific action when a new record is created.

Is it possible to do this directly on Unifier ? Or do I have to use BI Publisher ?
