this package pa_client_extn_output_tax not defaulting the tax code

Hi,

As per the extension hook, We found this pa_client_extn_output_tax to default the tax code in Draft Invoice Lines, But after running the draft Invoice Program, Its not default the tax code in Draft invoice line. Please help how we can achieve.
