Web Exception P03B102 - CommitReceiptHeader

All,

When testing in the 9.2 we are experiencing a web exception error consistently on the P03B102. This error occurs when you save the SECOND CASH RECEIPT. It will never error on the first cash receipt. If I enter one cash receipt, close the batch and do another in a new batch I won't get an error. Below is the error that pops up.

I have verified that the NN for PYID is greater than the current F03B13 and F03B14 file. It appears that it is not returning the the PYID for the 2nd record (PYID is a primary key in the F03B13).
