Siebel Crash text and FDR files are not generated

Hello,

We are on Siebel IP 16 with PS 12 .

since we went live we were not able to see crash txt and FDR files in our environments

everything checked out

CPU

memory

VMemory

server specs

all looks good, still we are not seeing the crash files. but we are getting crashes in Siebel though.

does anyone has the same issue or similar kind  and if any issue, what was the fix
