Purchasing Unit Cost field (AMC3.F4311) value population through P4310 – E1 9.2

This is in relation with Purchasing Unit Cost field (AMC3.F4311) value population through P4310 – E1 9.2 

In the past when we setup catalog price or the unit cost, JDE use to pull in (fill in) Purchasing Unit Cost (as I recall).

In 9.2 it seems to behave very different. When you select the catalog for the supplier (P4310 Form Exit Catalog)  pull in the item price, the system does not populate AMC3 in F4311. But if we don’t do form exit but get the system to pull in the price by itself, it does update AMC3.

As I see, populating AMC3.F4311 is a system related function. AMC3 should be populated if there is a valid (+ not expired) Catalog or the unit cost is in the system.
