Server has several test databases running either 11.2 or 12.1 as noted above.

All databases are periodically recreated by use of rman DUPLICATE DATABASE from backup of a production database.  At this point, in most, if not all cases, production is 11.2, and the test databases running 12.1 were upgraded with DBUA after completion of the rman DUPLICATE operation.

With all that is going on, I’ve lost track of which port the 12.1 databases were using for EM Express, and a check of the listener indicates that not all of them have registered their EM Express operation.
