DB Convert and Upgrade

Hi

Currently I am running with Oracle 11.2.0.3 on Oracle Linux 5.10 with ASM and I have to migrate to 11.2.0.4 on Windows 2012 R2 with common drives.

My question is if I can do the convert and the upgrade in the same step.?   fi so, Do you have a guide?

Also I would like to know if I can do the convertion into Windows with a RMAN backup comming from Linux, as I dont have enough physical space to allocate the converted files.
