Need a long time when running batch version in WEB environment

Hi,

I have problem when i tried to running batch version in WEB it take a long time than fat client.

On the web it takes 4 hours but in fat client only takes 1 minutes until Bacth done.

Last checked using another user ID it was no problem.

Is there any suggestion on this?

What should i check?
