Can we capture Electricity bill(Meter readings) and the recurring payments in Property

Hi All,

we have a requirement wanted to know if this  can be captured in property manager.

1)There will be electricity bills monthly which needs to be captured against the property/building and needs to be payed monthly.How can we capture this requirement in property manager.

2)Structural improvements:Example:In a building for one floor there is a renovation to replace the tiles with marble tiles,it is called structural improvements.How can we capture this requirement in property manager.

Experts,Please let me know,how can we capture this requirement in property or not.
