DG on NFS

Hi,

I have a database running on OS sun Solaris. I have another machine running on Linux Machine and have an ext4 mount point suppose (/u01/orodata) and I will mount this mount point as an NFS on Sun Solaris machine and then create DG on it.  1. First is it possible to have linux mount point as an NFS shared on sun Solaris machine? 2. Second, can I create Data Guard on this NFS mount point?
