Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Fixed Assets - EBS (MOSC)

Unable to load the assets through WEB ADI

We are facing the below error when we try to upload the assets through WEB ADI (2013 Excel & 12.2.5 version)

Tried with the below note id's but no luck.

BNE Fatal Error: Java.Io.Filenotfoundexception During Upload In R12.1.x (Doc ID 1100703.1)

R12 Web ADI: Fatal Error java.io.FileNotFoundException While Uploading FA Data (Doc ID 791204.1)

kindly let us know how to fix this issue ?
