perl script of ogg monitoring cannot work properly on OEM metrics extension

my peril script is to display the information of "info all" in ggsci. I run this script in server, and it can show the output what I am expecting (please see attached files), and I apply it in OEM metrics extension. But only part of them works fine. I mean only manager process and jagent process information are shown in OEM. The extract processes have same format as manager and jagent, so it also should be displayed in OEM.

I have attached all information here: columns and returned results in metrics extension; scripts and what the scripts output in server.
