Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC)

People > Enter and Maintain > Assignments form - hide "Accruals" from Others section?

Hi,

We're using R12.1.3.

I'm working on a custom responsibility which is linked to the same menu as is used in the seeded HRMS Superuser responsibility.

I have hidden all of the form options except People > Enter and Maintain, and from there have disabled the Absence button using Personalisations.

I then go to the Assignments form, and click Others - and can see:

I'm struggling with working out if it's possible to remove the "Accruals" option from the list.

I went into the Resp. Definition and have hidden these Functions:

"View Accruals" (PAYWSACV)
"Define Accrual Plans" (PAYWSDAP)
"Assignments Folder WORKFLOW_NAME="UK HRMS ACCRUALS TASKFLOW"" (PERWSFAS-416)
