IP2017 - Is the default communication TLS1.0 or TLS1.2?

When looking through the logs in a default Siebel IP2017 installation we see entries such as:

[SISNAPI TLS] Successfully Negotiated TLSv1 Connection

Does this mean only TLS1.0 is configured by default or is it TLS1.2?

If it is only TLS1.0, can either a doc ID be created or the security guide updated on how to update the settings to TLS1.2?
