No responsibility shown in Navigator after EBS upgrade to r12.2.5

Hi there,

We have upgraded our EBS R12.1.2 to R12.2.5 successfully. When we login to newly upgraded environment, it doesn't show any responsibility in Navigator.

Is there any solution to this?
