Unable to view a segment value from a responsibility.

Hi,

We are facing the following issue.

From GL Super User responsibility, in "Enter Journals" in the account field a particular segment value is not displayed.

But from another responsibility, in the same field the segment value is displayed.

The profile value of "GL: Data Access Set" is same for both the responsibilities.

Let me know if anyone has faced a similar issue. What could be the possible reason for this issue?
