Expense Report Non recoverable tax amount on Quebec (TVQ)

Hi,

Starting on january 1st 2018 Quebec Government has change some rules on non recoverable amount on tax calculation.  In the past we only had non recoverable amount on TPS.  Now, we have to calculate a non recoverable amount on TPS and on TVQ tax rate.

We need to set in P4008 something like

type          rate

TPS          4%

TVQ          2%

TPS          50%          VAT (50% non recoverable on the 4%)

TVQ          25%          VAT(25% non recoverable on the 2%)

TPS is 4%, TVQ is 2%

50% of the TPS is non recoverable

25% of the TVQ is non recoverable

We are not able to set up that in P4008 because the Help on VAT field says that is from first tax authority only...
