Schedule ship date to specific day for EDI schedules

Hello,

We have a scenario where demand lines created by EDI shipping schedules has request dates on every Monday, Hence schedule ship date shows the same date.

We want to move schedule ship date to next Thursday as our shipment happens on every Thrusday. So please advise how to manipulate schedule ship date to specific day based on our requirement.
