CPEM doesn't generate any results

in Retail Predictive Application Server (MOSC) Question

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get some Cannibalization and Halo Effect values in CPEM domain version 15.0.3.2 and there are no results. I've tried to change parameters in administration workbook, tried to load various data, but still I can't get any results, the function RdfPromoCrossEffectExpr doesn't generate any values. Does anyone know what parameters these effects depend on? What should I do to get some values?
