How to stop "Cancel Document Communicate Process"

Hi,

We want to know from where "Cancel Document Communicate Process" workflow process in POAPPRV initiated when we cancel a PO Line. Is there any setup or profile from where we can control this process while Cancelling the PO Line.

We didn't want this process to be submitted.

Recently we have applied RPC5 patches and this is new process is added after that by Oracle.
