Is there any api to load whole master configuration tree? currently The api available is AHL_MC_TREE

The requirement is to compare latest Master Configuration with 1st revision of Master Configuration.

We want to see how many positions are added in latest Master Configuration revision.

To achieve this, we need to call api and pass mc_header_id of Maser configuration AHL_MC_TREE_PVT.Get_masterConfig_Nodes but it returns only one record.

Do we have any API available which returns whole master configuration tree?
