Debrief Issue

Hello Team,

Here we are facing an issue where when we post the debrief from Field service wireless resp., we get the successful posting message however on SR form charges lines don't get created. I found the issue when I went on debrief screen directly from SR form (Task area), found the error that item is not available in the PList which was added while doing the labor debrief,

Interesting that why we didnt get the error on FSW resp. when we posted the lines?

We do see the error when we try to post the lines via debrief from Task area.
