System User Mapping Issue from P98owsec

On my new install of jde 9.2.1.6 on SQL server with windows machines, I have configured the sitekeys on deployment server and created the system user as JDE from P980001 successfully.

Getting the below error when trying to map this with the default JDE user from P98owsec. Any idea what could be the issue ?
