Exadata: AWR shows 100% passthru reasons as "cell num smart IO sessions using passthru mode due to c

AWR report is showing that ONLY 4 out of our 14 storage cells are working at almost 100% passthru. In all cases the reason is the same, "cellsrv" as you can see in the AWR excerpt below.

I'm only finding MOS notes related to the "timezone" reason (1583297.1, 1583297.1). This is not my case, and I'm finding nothing saying how to fix when "cellsrv" is the reason for passthru. All cells are configured for Writeback... thanks for your ideas!!
