SR auto close once Task changes to 'Completed' status

Hello Team,

Need your help on the below urgent scenario, before that would like to update you that we we have setup the scenario of Automatic SR closure once task comes into final status. However we are facing some issue where SR closed automatically when any Task comes into 'Completed' status even charges lines are not getting added, not sure what is reason behind. Is it a normal nature of the system that before adding any debrief lines not even 'Labor' debrief and we changes the task status to 'Completed' then SR will close even if the  task is not in 'Closed'
