Can we schedule a concurrent request to submit payroll run with specific parameters every year on 31

Hi All,

We have a requirement to run the payroll on 31-DEC with specific element set, so that Annual and Sick Leave balance will get reset for next year. The might not be available to run the payroll on 3-DEC every year. Can we automate this payroll run by scheduling it.

Your feedback and suggestions are highly appreciated.
