ORA-04030 (PLS non-lib hp,PAR.C:parchk) While Running a Wrapped Script

Good Morning,

Dears, in my environment QAS need execute a code package wrapped, but return the following error :

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 2860032 bytes <PLS

non-lib hp,PAR.C:parchk:ptb>

In a first moment i thought small memory for PGA, increment memory for error persists, and now when i want restore my backup package too return the same error.

My environment Oracle 9.2,

Need any suggestion.
