OPM Detail Subledger report is too much confusing to see the value in multiple lines

OPM Detail Subledger report is too much confusing to see the value in multiple lines

I ) Sales order shipped for 1000 Tonnes and value is 750,000 SAR

Item cost is 323.66 SAR which is showing in my GL as posted entries.

But Detail subledger report is appearing as attached and am unable to understand what are those entries appearing and how to utilize this report is my query.
