Demantra wf manager hangs while running WF.

Hi All,

We are facing issue while running the WF. Usually the WF has to complete in 3 min and now very frequently the workflow is hanging and nothing happens.

WF : Import  promotion levels Moving data from BIIO_PROMOTION to PROMOTION_DATA table

Issue description:  Workflow will be keep on running and nothing happens.

Current Action: Every time when ever this happen we are restarting the demantra service and then we are re running the WF.

Expectation : Looking for permanent solution

Demantra Version : 12.2.4

Java version : 1.6.0_101
