Field Service Wireless Error: "Start date and time must be between xxx

Hello Team,

Here we are facing the below issue in IE browser, but not in Google chrome. Not sure why this error is coming we already set the profile option as 'No Validation' against the CSF: Debrief Service Date Validation". We are facing this on Field service wireless please advice the latest patch for R12.2.5 as found KB article Field Service Wireless Error: "Start date and time must be between <Date1> and <Date2>" (Doc ID 1914812.1) however this is for R12.1.3 only. Appreciate your assistance at the earliest.
