Trying to REGISTER EXTRACT we receive: errors OGG-08221 and OCI Error 4,021

Hi,

we are tryinig to register extract on an Oracle database 11.2.0.4 with OGG 12.2.0.1.1

This are the statements with errors:

GGSCI (dm01dbadm01.cervedgroup.com) 1> DBLOGIN USERIDALIAS ogg_user_synth

Successfully logged into database.

GGSCI (dm01dbadm01.cervedgroup.com as ogg_user@synth1) 2> REGISTER EXTRACT ESYNTH DATABASE

2017-12-28 11:45:41  WARNING OGG-02064  Oracle compatibility version 11.2.0.0.0 has limited datatype support for integrated capture. Version 11.2.0.3 required for full support.

2017-12-28 12:01:06  ERROR   OGG-08221  Cannot register or unregister EXTRACT ESYNTH because of the following SQL error: OCI Error 4,021.

The ogg session is in wait in event "library cache lock", and the statements that is in hang in the session is:
