failover_notif_queue process increasing Undo size

failover_notif_queue this process is running with one of the blocker session and undo tablespace is growing.  Can we get the exact reason does this process is required or we can kill. Please suggest we didnt find any realated information in the support portal.

This is production database of one of the big teecom company
