How to install Oracle 11gR2 32-bit Database (Enterprise Edition) on Windows 7 ultimate. Got below is

Started installation:

--------------------------

system specification:   windows 7 ultimate, RAM-2.5GB, ROM- 500GB (c drive 250 GB)

Error received:

---------------------

  1. Create () System 32 error while extracting installer from setup.exe on temp folder
  2. still contuned
  3. Pre-requisite check issues...   Physical memory, Path , swap memory
  4. Still continued
  5. Connot find OCI DELL: oci.dll

Please help me out.
