Supplier Registration vide sending invitation to supplier

Hi

We are trying to send invitation to Supplier vide mail for entering supplier details, Though we are able to send email to Supplier mail.

After Supplier opening URL send in invitation able to open page but no field to update or enter. Screenshot of Page given below

Would like to know is there any setup we need to do on I supplier portal for URL to have editable fields so that supplier can edit and add fields as relevant.

We are on EBS R12.1.3
