Hi Team,

Recently we have changed the sys user password with orapwd utility. but we are also able to login with old password at the same time even after db restart as well as OS reboot.

Below are the environment details and pfile. Also let me know if any information required on this

-bash-4.1$ ps -ef | grep pmon

oracle   14605     1  0 Dec27 ?        00:00:20 ora_pmon_ora10g56

oracle   14745     1  0 Dec27 ?        00:00:23 ora_pmon_ora10g54

oracle   19058 17640  0 12:41 pts/0    00:00:00 grep pmon
