MRP Not Suggest the supply message of an item.

Hi,

we manage the item in both way, we create the work order (Manually) as well as Purchase order to procure it from the supplier. We have defined the item as stocking type P, Order policy code 2(Fixed order Qty)  and  Order values 5, When we run the MRP MRP not suggest the supply message for the PO but its suggest the cancellation messages for the work order as well as PO. And if we see supply and demand MRP should suggest the New Messages for the PO.

This is happening only in those items where we create the Work order and PO for the items.
