INSS Deductions - Brazil Localization AP

Does any one know how to implement INSS deduction(reduction) for Brazil ? If we have a PV voucher and INSS taxes has to be applicable on the same.

For Taxable Amount  = 100 BRL

INSS Tax Rate =  10%

Deductions/ Reductions =  10 BRL

INSS Taxable amount  =  (100-10) * 10%

                                    = 9
