Can Hyperion planning have a stored member with formula ?

Can Hyperion planning or ESSBASE have a stored member with formula ?  We have planning app with a lev 0 account which is stored but has a member formula. Essbase does not give any outline verification error.

If stored members can have formula then what is the need of dynamic members :-) ?

The formula works fine though, i just tested it.
