Hello,

How to ONLY allow supervisors be able to create appraisals for employees who report directly to them? Currently, the system allows supervisors to create appraisals on employees who are their indirect reports.  For example, if hierarchy is John -> Dan ->Chris

How to disable/disallow Chris not to create an appraisal of John?
