R12 Folders: R12.1.3 vs. R12.2.6

Hello,

R12 Payables

R12.1.3 When I define a folder for payments inR12.1.3 , I move the Operating unit field to the end of folder because users do not want to see it. Cursor moves from the 1st field to the next as expected.

R12.2.6 When I did it in R12.2.6, when a user enters the payment type (Quick or Manual), the cursor jumps to to the Operating Unit at the end of folder. Is it a bug or intended functionality  (standard feature)?
