Install MAXREP CLI

Does anyone knows how to install Command Line Interface in MAXREP server?

I've tried by installing on my Windows 10  64 bits, I opened the mrcli.exe   but didn't receive answer,

I tried by unpacking .tar in the MAXREP server:

Linux maxrep.local 2.6.32-279.22.1.0.2.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Mon Feb 17 00:19:26 PST 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Didn't get answer after of executing the unpacked file.

I followed the Oracle MaxRep for SAN User's Guide

I'll be very grateful if you help me with this, apart from giving respective points
