warmreset to master"single CU"

Please advise if a warm reset to a CU which is currently master and only CU functional in the array "other CU is stuck in booting status"  can be interuptive to IO ..

how long it may take in a pillar axion 600 array  .

i read some articles that windows clients may encounter few seconds of outage  , causing LUNs to be marked as offline ..
