Credit Analyst is not getting assigned to the Manual Credit Application Request
Hi,
I don't any assignment rule in Credit Management.
For one of the customer, I have assigned the value for Credit Classification as well as Credit Analyst at Account level.
When I create manually a credit application request to increase the credit limit, case folder is getting created; but workflow background process is not assigning the credit analyst.
I raised SR, but no appropriate answer.
Need help.
