How to apply exempt VAT on tax free zones

Hello Experts,

We have requirement to make available exempt VAT within Tax Zone.

In details,

We are implementing VAT for United Arab Emirates customer and created Tax Zone for KSA & UAE.

Now we are applyting VAT @5% for tax zone created above and @0% for out of zone.

As we all know that, there are few tax free zones in UAE and need to apply exempt vat instead @5% for the same.

Could you please share your thoughts to achieve this.
