Calculate Variable Rent program failing

Hello,

We are getting below error suddenly for one VR agreement (when Calculate Variable Rent concurrent program is being executed) with this error: Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

ORA-06512: at "APPS.PN_VAR_RENT_CALC_PKG", line 6948

This variable agreement has been existing for a while but error is new. No new changes have been made and we are on R12.1.3. Any help on debugging would be really appreciated.
