Logical Block Corruption ( Index )

Hi,

in our env Oracle 12.2 RDBMS/GI we have following issue.

While checking alertlogs I saw  following entry:

PDB_***(3):ADVISORY: Please collect redo for investigation of ORA-8103. Use command:

PDB_***(3):   ALTER SYSTEM DUMP REDO scn min 1 scn max 20519748833 dba min 27 39723 dba max 27 39723;
